Detlef Lorenz was born in Wriezen and grew up in Bad Freienwalde/Oder. He successfully completed his high school diploma at the Bertolt Brecht Gymnasium and subsequently began his studies at the Technical University of Leipzig, where he earned his degree as a civil engineer. From March 1996 to January 2016, he was self-employed through his own company, Lorenz Berlin Immobilien GmbH. In 2016, he earned an additional qualification as a Certified Independent Real Estate Appraiser (WertCert®).

Born in Berlin, Ms. Ayten Held is married and has two children. She is a trained businesswoman in the real estate and housing industry and has been working as a real estate consultant at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN since 2020. In 2021, she obtained her certified degree as a real estate agent (IHK) through the in-house training program and has been working as an independent real estate consultant at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN ever since.
Thomas Wittig worked for more than 25 years for a large manufacturer of "white goods" in the field of quality assurance worldwide. Here in our real estate store, he is responsible for telephony, technical hard ware and orders as well as everyday practical matters, thus ensuring that the store processes run smoothly.
